3. Order Acceptance

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are generally shipped and delivered within 7–10 working days, subject to stock availability and delivery location.

5. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery. Any shortage, incorrect product, or transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
